Paddle Trip

Posted on Jul 29 2010 - 9:08pm

Mr. Garcia and I are putting together a small paddle trip for the boys of Troops 10 and 105.

The plan is to leave early Wednesday August 18th and return the evening of Sunday August 22nd. The exact route will be decided once we determine the ability level of the boys interested. The plan is to paddle some of the waterways of the Adirondack park. DEC sites in the park are limited to the number of people that can stay on them, so this is on a first to sign up basis. The Scouts Qualifications are First Class, Blue Tag Swimmer (tested this year) and of course the always important lives the Scout Oath and Law.
