Mark Gallagher - Troop 10 Asst. SM (1985-1995)
(Note that Mark’s boys were too young for Scouting and Mark did not even live in the area but he loved the Scouting program and the boys so he helped the troop for 10 years.)

I was a part of Troop 10 when we celebrated its 75th Birthday and I’m very glad it is alive and well at 90. It has to be one of the longest surviving troops in the country. I am extremely proud to have been a part of it. I came away so much richer, so many friends, so many memories.

Summer camp at Forrester where the Scouts did all the meals outdoors; cold, crispy dinners; some nights we chased bears out of camp – they liked the Scout’s cooking...
